Part of the appeal of Breath of the Wild — and indeed something the creators set out to implement — is the sense of getting lost in the world of Hyrule that they have created, and to make that experience fun in itself. Sometimes though, you’re just going to want to get to the next dungeon and find out what goodies it has in store for you. Fortunately, Piggyback has you covered, as the publisher has just announced that three different guides for the game are up for pre-order.
The priciest is the deluxe edition. As well as the guide, this version features a rather gorgeous premium hardcover, a 16 page retrospective of thirty years of Zelda, another 16 page dedicated art section, and two ribbon bookmarks. The next step down is the collectors edition, which boasts an extra large map poster, as well as the artwork section, and a premium hardcover.
The standard guide itself covers all side quests, shrines and collectibles, all mapped out to help you find them. It also covers optional challenges, mini-games, unlockables, Easter eggs, and more apparently! Both that and the collector’s edition launch alongside the game on March 3, but if you want the snazzy looking Deluxe edition you’ll have to wait a little bit longer, as it releases on March 31. If you can’t afford the prettier ones, rest assured all three versions of the guide will cover everything in the game.
